so I decided I’m just going to start eating what I want. I’ve done the whole vegan thing for a while but I’m not really going to label it anymore. to be honest after not having meat for so long I don’t really feel like eating it haha. I might start eating fish if I get this job at monahan’s (the fish market) in kerrytown that I applied for. I’ll continue to drink soy milk because I prefer it over regular milk. yogurt sounds gross to me.. yuck and so does ice cream. cheese might make its way into my diet someday but for now I’m about to make blueberry pancakes and they have milk and eggs in them so whatever lol. I don’t really like eating regular eggs anyhow. I don’t believe I’ll be ingesting any animals/animal products directly anytime soon (besides the fish but I have no idea when and if that job will start), but as far as ingredients it’s not a huge deal to me anymore. if I go to the grocery store and see the dairy & egg free produce then I’ll go for that. I think this diet taught me a lot about self-control and conservation so that was cool. but now I’m just doing what I want ha!
